Ashwagandha for Healthy Aging
Ashwagandha is one is gradually becoming one of the most well-known adaptogenic herbs. It is essentially a plant in the nightshade family that grows in India, the Middle East, and Africa. This super plant has a myriad of benefits for both the mind + body. Vitamin D3 is the supplement I never knew I needed!
