Marine Collagen + Turmeric Latte
- 1 part hot water
- 1 part hot milk of choice (I personally love coconut or almond milk)
- 2 teaspoons of Nordic Naturals Marine Collagen
- 2 tsp of turmeric a dash of black pepper
- a tablespoon of manuka honey
I like to blend all of the ingredients for 30 seconds — & voilà enjoy the creamy goodness!* If you want to switch it up and have a different Nordic Naturals Marine Collagen latte – you can replace the turmeric with some apoptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha, Holy Basil, or Chaga. Green Marine Collagen Smoothie
- 8 oz of almond or coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons of Nordic Naturals Marine Collagen.
- One banana
- One cup of greens (I like to use kale)
- One avocado
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina
*You can easily add protein to this to make it more filling as well. As I continue to inch closer to my 30’s, I try to often educated myself on skin health. Through my tireless research and many practices, I’ve realized that healthy skin truly starts from within.
